Giving and Receiving Feedback is a gift! This is a simple yet vital mindset shift. Everyone needs feedback to grow, not just employees.
Without feedback, employees may feel lost or unmotivated.
Feedforward, is a concept developed by Marshall Goldsmith. This practice can provide leaders with useful insight and help create a more positive work environment for the future while assisting employees in moving past barriers slowing down and negatively impacting their productivity and performance.

Limited Number of Participants: 10. The number of participants has been limited to give the necessary space for everyone to express. This is a workshop for taking the time to listening ourselves and other members of the team.
